As much as I want him to fail(being a UGA fan), you have to give it time. The backside of your defense is atrocious, and he’s got a good group coming in this year’s class.

All you need is a upset win in Jacksonville and all will be forgotten!

I don't like his playcalling and some of in game decisions, especially clock management.

I'm willing to give him more time.

But I'm at the point where I want to turn the TV off anytime we're on defense. It boggles my mind how 2 separate staffs are completely unable to manufacture ANY stops on 3rd down. Even 3rd and 15+ plus. It's just driving me insane.

It's not like these are 2 star FCS kids on the field that physically can't compete. We should be able to at least get a few stops a game with 3-4 star players and we simply can't.

Bruh it's year one, game seven. You beat Utah looking good. Who'd have thought daniels would...appear? Let the season finish and then make assessments.

Not going to lie, giving up a third and extra long makes me want to fly into a rage. Not good.

I see being a Kentucky Football Fan probably isn't in your wheelhouse then.

Was another bad hire. I was already aware Kelly was the better hire but Billy shouldn’t even be coaching in the same conference. Butch Jones with a worse offense and DC.

I wonder how bad you would have melted with Saban's first year at Alabama?

Maybe you are stupid?

Gator fans need patience. Napier is going to need 3-5 years to get the culture fixed and get his guys in place.

This. Florida is going to put themselves in a hole similar to Tennessee did years ago by changing coaches every couple years. At some point you have to give a guy some time and a chance to build something.

This x2. Look, I'm not - decidedly not - in the "Build Mark Stoops a statue" camp.

But good results have happened by taking a guy that wants to stay, and giving him time. Even the guy that makes every blowout close, and is as conservative as Depression Era Grandparents.

Now look, Kentucky is not a Florida - obviously. You can go get big names, Gainesville. But should you ? Maybe Napier isn't the guy. But you really do need to find somebody that's close enough, and just stick with them.

It’s just a typical florida hire.
Steve Spurrier HC Duke
Ron Zook DC
Urban HC Utah (Mountain West)
Muschamp DC
The Beaver OC
Hunchback HC Miss State
Billy HC ULL

Spurrier and Urban worked out but florida never goes and gets a big name from a big Power 5 school.

Billy is young, he could be good. Throw him in some jorts and he looks the part if he doesn’t beat up a ref he might be ok.

It’s the best recruiting since muschamp but since the on field product is so meh right now he’s losing the fanbase. I thought it would be a tough year that’s why I picked 7-5 but I thought the defense would get better as the season went along and it is definitely not lol.

I really don't know if you have the roster issues LSU does, but every 1st year under a new HC is going to have ups and downs. The only exception I can really think of is Day at OSU, but he was handed the keys to a Ferrari without any miles on it.

Napier is a good hire, it's just going to take some time for him to right the ship.

And if you'd won last, it would be LSU fans on the ledge right now. It just is what it is in year one.

Same as BK, needs a year or two to fix the roster and find the right coaches

The only thing I can really knock Napier for is that clock management before half. You were at midfield with all 3 timeouts yet you just let it run all the way down and try a hail mary? Could have easily gotten in FG range and ran a few more plays. That was baffling
