If the 7-8 largest cities Atlanta is easily the most wooded, cleanest air of all. It has dozens of unique neighborhoods. It has more new steel and glass going up in its CBD than any of those 8 major cities. It has 3 of the 10 nicest golf courses of any urban area and hosts one of the major US Tennis Association tournaments. It’s median income has risen at rate over twice as fast as most other urban areas in the sunbelt. As big towns go, it’s getting nicer and cleaner, not crappier.

Wow, totally clueless to the true description of Atlanta. You pick some very isolated positive factors of a city and ignore the obvious negitive issues. They far outweigh anything positive.

The kids getting into Georgia these days aren’t the people you want to attend college with.
It’s 3.9 GPA plus 35 ACT and an Eagle Scout or play in the band fyi… This represents Alpharetta and Milton.
I'm not talking about all Auburn graduates, I'm talking about the Georgia high school kids that couldn't get into UGA so they went to Auburn, then come back to ATL area when they graduate. Does that fit the description of the three people you know? If so, I'm right. If not, then your point is irrelevant to my point.

100% false. I qualified for the tournament about a decade ago.

Imagine bragging about going to a mediocre state school…

University of Texas is better than all of these schools anyways

You wouldn’t have any top management or successful business owners without Auburn fans moving into GA after school.
Someone has to lead, so AU grads carry the burden.

Literally the craziest thing you've ever said on the rant. And that's saying something.

Only someone stuck in Atlanta would make those comments. Like I said, I lived in Atlanta on three occasions. Birmingham is a well-kept secret. And Huntsville is a bigger secret.

Right. Metro-Atlanta is one of the fastest growing areas in the country because people want a city with more negatives than positives.
Any large city has drawbacks (crime/traffic). Atlanta is far from perfect. I've lived here for 30 years and raised three kids here because the positives far outweigh the negatives.
But as I tell anyone who craps on Atlanta...stay away. We don't need you.

It is growing because of the reverse migration of the North. Texas is growing because of the flow from California and FL from NY. GA is the only Blue State in the South and that is the results of the shithole we know as Atlanta. Liberal politics leads to a fricked up society. Atlanta is leading in that category.

You act like this has been some new thing when it comes to your migration statement.
Politics play a substantial part but not every GD thing is black and white or "red state/blue state".
Like he said, he's lived there for 30 years and raised a family... just because you don't like how the political landscape is going, doesn't mean your opinion is right.

Sorry your schools academic standards are lacking
But you don't care anyway, you are clearly a sidewalk fan

AtL is still known as Black Mecca.

And many of the Georgia fans didn’t finish high school. What is your point here?
