It really is the perfect storm for the Big 12 right now:
Kansas, a team that just delivered your conference a basketball national title, is hosting gameday after starting the season picked last only to be 5-0 and ranked... while playing another unexpected 5-0 Big 12 team that will be staying behind.
Meanwhile, Texas and OU, whose game almost always dominates this week in the conference, are both unranked coming into this game for the first time in almost a quarter of a century, and the loser will come out of it smelling like anything but roses.

watched Texas dominate this last weekend, and
have a pretty dreadful H2H record against Texas and Oklahoma...
But at least you can hide behind the skirt of Kansas and TCU!!!

I'll take it...we deserve it right now. Hopefully we get Ewers back for this game and he's as good as advertised from that 1st quarter vs Bama.

Because we have a rough stretch the rest of the season. Can't believe I'm about to say this, but we have both KSU and Kansas on the road and we play ranked teams the last 4 out of 6 games.
