I’d rather be #2-4 headed into the playoffs.

I was at the game yesterday and was honestly impressed with not only the Mizzou team, but their fans as well. Pregame they were inexplicably cocky, during the game they were decently loud, and postgame they were cool.

Had only attended two other events there and was pleasantly surprised this time.

Sat in the UGA section with a Georgia friend, but was decked out in LSU purple like I was lost.

LOL...every Bama fan I know feels the same way. We're use to it. For what its worth Georgia fans you're still #1. We just care about how we end the year. I know being #1 during the season gives their fans some sort of natural High. They can have it!

It isn't all it is cracked up to be. In fact it is more harmful than helpful. Just ask UGA, I think they get it now.

He can recruit, but cannot coach the players up.

Gary Pinkel would take a 2 star, 3 star play and by the time they left, were 5 star quality.

I am not quick to shove him out, but it just seems there are some dumb coaching decisions, and the do not have much displine (aka...offsides, hands to face, etc.)

You see He is still learning on the job. He is getting better, and the current quarterback isn't the answer. I expect huge improvement next year or two. The OL, quarterback, and receivers are not quite ready yet. I like what I saw from the UGA game and Auburn game was more of saving Harsin job since he gave him a job as an assistant at Arkansas State. You got to open up and see the improvements he has done so far. Next couple of years is where we shall see if he makes that huge improvement from this year. I believe he should get it done. You on the other hand you need to stop trying to put him down and needs more time because Mizzou isn't a powerhouse and will not be like UGA, Alabama, and others. He is moving in the right direction and will need more time to get all his key players that should gel and make it a good team. Gary Pinkel was pretty much the same way with mostly 2* and 3* talents. Drinkwitz can be good when he gets his 4th and 5th year in. I believe that will happen. If you do not see any improvements, then you are not watching the games. Yes, there were some hiccups along the way. He needs to work on the offense more but wait until next year for that and two years should be a great one.

I didn't see Georgia fans gushing to thank Texas for their bump to #1 a few weeks ago.

And I'm not going to thank Missouri fans either.
