Just got home: It’s pretty damn frustrating

Can’t blame the players. First half, they couldn’t stand on two feet, catch the ball, tackle, or hold on to the ball.
They did not quit and put together a third quarter that got it back within a one score game…then coaching kicked in.
Odom: Time for him to go. Sick of it. Third and long and his bullshite safe defense is a GD joke. Over and over. Like damn clockwork.
Briles: Head so far in the sand it isn’t funny. Inside the 15 yard line he goes full blown retard. Stick with one RB. Rocket has the vision and needs most of the carries. Two games in a row where someone fumbled that it seemed like we were just trying to get them touches.
Pittman: chasing points in the 3rd quarter? Why go for two? Take the PAT and keep momentum. One more TD after the extra point and WE are up a FG…you don’t chase points that early….Get in Briles and Odoms arse…Stop their stupid shite.
Overall Coaching: You make sure to get Hornsby stupid, game changing touches in damn near every game and then don’t insert him as the #2? Fricking weird.

Simply amazing that he didn’t adjust his scheme once Young went down and we’d eliminated the pass and therefore the need to play fewer than 6 or 7 in the box.
We gave up 3 runs of 70+ yards in the course of about 9 plays. That’s horrid.
Odom has to go. This defense is the worst mixture of all of the bad from the defenses of Willy Robinson, Robb Smith, and John Chavis.

While I agree overall, Odom had a nearly perfect play call set up on the long qb run.
I'd have to watch the replay again to see if it was man or zone, but it was so obviously going to be a QB run, screen or draw.
No way in hell that Bama was going to throw the ball down field unless there was blown coverage.
Really the only thing he could have done different, other than run zone if he was in man, was not rush the QB so that we were playing for the draw or screen.
If he did that and they completed a 15 yard pass, we'd cry about that too.
Fact is, he called a spy play and Bumper got beat by a mile.

I saw Georgia's defense change up the coverage after Mizzou audibled and realized I don't think I've seen our defense do that a single time this year.

Moreover, Pool probably doesn’t need to see the field anymore. He’s seen too many long plays from his arse after overrunning the play and whiffing on the arm tackle.

He’s done. He wiped his social media clean of all things Arkansas.
I’m a big Pittman fan, but the way Hornsby has been mismanaged is pathetic. The most underutilized player since Korliss Marshall.
There’s no excuse to not at least give that kid a chance. His speed is going to come back and bite us in the arse when he transfers to another SEC program.

Hornsby’s not portaling to another SEC team. He doesn’t have the tools to play QB in this league. IMO he’s a G5 or FCS guy.
Of course, the most Arkansas thing ever would be for him to portal to one of our G5 or FCS opponents next year and beat our asses like Ty Storey.

I’ll be honest, I’ve wondered after today, if there isn’t some drama in the locker room.
When we want to play, we can play, but it’s depressing to see the 3 quarters where we don’t, then see one where we can do whatever we rant.
Pittman, even since before Missouri State has had a much different demeanor than he’s had in years past.
