I feel fairly confident in saying most years, this is the one game Alabama fans will actually root for LSU.

But, this year seems different.
It's like we already know Auburn's, along with Coach Harsin's fate, thus it wouldn't be too bad to see LSU and Coach Kelly take a somewhat embarrassing loss to a perceived incompetent bunch on the Plains.

Auburn winning would be objectively more hilarious. But I don’t think I can do it

I think I'm fine with a seasons worth of games like last weekend. They look horrible, everyone is scarred for life by watching it, but somehow they keep winning horribly ugly games against LSU, Arkansas, State, A&M and come into Tuscaloosa at 8-3 (5-2) and we proceed to beat them 45-0.

The longer Harsin keeps his job, the longer their recruiting suffers. They fire him Sunday, they get to start working on fixing next year and the year after.

Agree 100% - it's just one of those cases where when they win something ugly and awful you look up and go "eh".

Auburn/LSU is my favorite non-Bama game of the season. There’s guaranteed to be at least some kind of pleasing outcome

As my grandfather put it “It’s like two mules fighting over a turnip …. Who gives a damn.”

Wished they both could lose but as Saint said, you don’t see Auburn fans act like these LSU fans do on here .

I worked in Louisiana for a while and despise that fanbase. I love seeing auburn lose when it hurts them the most. This game won’t do that but will sting more for those shite fans from the boot

As a lifelong Saints fan, and multiple season ticket holder, I have been around LSU fans more times than I care to count.

They are the absolute worst of the worst.

There is a level of respect between Alabama and Auburn. We live together, we pray together and we work together.

I love seeing Auburn lose as much as the next guy, but nothing sports related gives me as much pleasure as a LSU loss.

I never thought I would say this, but the lsu fans on this site are so awful I almost would be ok if the barn won. The problem is if they do then I have to deal with happy barners in the real world. It is really a tough call.

Yeah, the ideal outcome is Auburn playing like complete shite and winning a sloppy 13-10 kind of game due to a string of inexplicable blunders by LSU that leaves like 17 points on the board.

I agree though, Auburn doesn't have it in them.
