They want him gone. If I were Harsin I would just resign. He's not a good fit for the culture of that program and just needs to peace out.

I could put up with a lot of BS for that buyout. No need for him to resign. Just ride it out until he gets fired and then get paid.

I bet it's uncomfortable, but no way he's leaving that money on the table by resigning. Just stick it out until they can him and get paid. Especially if they've been intentionally sabotaging him.

Why would he resign? He knows he is getting fired and he will be paid when he does.
