Yes I do think Green made the final decision on Harsin and why Green is gone and Harsin likely to be gone soon after.
As for realistic possibilities… to come in immediately after the season ends to try to save a few in a recruiting class.

I’m sure there are 3-4 other hot DC or OCs on the cusp of landing a job somewhere. The thing is they have to value southern culture. They must be willing to recruit their asses off. Sure identify 4-5 kids you like per cycle but if UGA Bama Clemson are on them you better be on them just as quick.
Not sure why any coach trying to build a team wouldn’t just blanket offer the top 300 players early and work from there. Obviously concentrating on your recruiting footprint. It’s what Bama Ohio state UGA does. You will win many more than you think.

Like I said in another post, I didn't know who Harsin was when he was announced. I had doubts on his ability to recruit in the South, but I thought he could at least coach.
I have no idea how we fix this huge mess we are in, and I'm afraid we'll be wandering in the desert for quite a while, all due to self-inflicted bullshite.
