I know this will be downvoted to hell, but here it goes:

I dont like his style of offense, and lack of creativity. HOWEVER.

Our recruiting has been ATROCIOUS lately on offense. Two straight years we've had to rely on the transfer portal to get playmakers, because for some reason we don't have them.

Jahmyr Gibbs is an elite talent, but we can't even run the ball with our trash Oline so we have to use him as a WR.

Last year our offense was pretty elite outside of dropped balls which happened all the damn time. But last year we actually had 2 elite receivers.

We don't have any elite receivers this year. Holden looks like our best one, and he was pretty bad last year. He seems to have improved, but he's a second or third round guy at best.

So as much as we want to criticize BoB, he's not exactly working with the 2020 offensive personnel. Idk if we've ever been so devoid of elite playmakers on offense (outside of Bryce Young)

As an OC, you have to call plays and set up your offense to protect and disguise your weaknesses. Bob is stubbornly running a lot of plays he likes to run. They are a lot of screens he could call to make sure a rusher or two had to hold back, or misdirection plays that would take advantage of aggressive d linemen, but instead we seen to have a lot of telegraphed running plays and slow developing passing plays.

It really feels like he doesn't ru l recognize where we struggle at.

There’s no defense of BOB

Had he been the OC in 2020, Devonta never wins the Heisman and Mac probably doesn’t get drafted until about the 7th round

Our RB room is as strong as anyone in the country.

Our WRs are talented enough IMO, they just need to figure it out.

And we have the reigning heisman trophy winner, so there is that.

Im not saying to not get rid of him. I'm just saying he's working with probably the worst group of WRs we've ever had, and an Oline that can't open up holes for the run game

Let's not forget that he ripped the Georgia defense to shreds last year when we had WRs that could get open

Unlike last year, the OL this year has been fine-enough so as to get passes off to open receivers. The problem is that the plays themselves do not allow WRs to get open that quickly.
