There's a reason why world-renowned QB whisperer, Jimbo Fisher, continues to play him!

J.D. would be great if LSU played Southern every week.(edited)

Looked pretty bad for most of the game and then tore us up down the home stretch... the second game in a row that our defense played well until we got a good lead... and then shite the bed. We should be getting one of our safeties back so that will help. I hope.

We really haven't found a deep ball threat but KJ has been extremely efficient with the ball. 18/21 against South Carolina and one horrendous drop by a wide open WR for what would have been a home run TD.

I know drops plague every team now and then but I cannot help but wonder where Young would be if not for a few of those.
Man I got spoiled by our past WR corps.

Haynes King is a terrible QB but his huge helmet makes him very meme-able.

Do you mean JD? I think he had a decent QBR after the FSU game too. I’d rather a shitty QBR and a W but it’s still a number I’ll take any positive. Let’s see how it looks in a couple of weeks

You think KJ plays for LSU? Yikes!

It was high after FSU too. The kid is better than most expected. It’s just the hard, cold truth baw.

If they're looking for help from Max Johnson, good luck

It was 85.1 vs FSU. If he had maintained that he would still be around #12 - so while playing Southern definitely helped, you're correct that he was already doing very well.
It is ironic that a lot of LSU fans looked like they were blaming him for the loss to Florida State in several threads.
