How many were made through actual success and accomplishments that overcame midwestern and west coast sportswriter/media bias in the eras that defined the bluebloods and how many benefited from it.

Those are fine programs but not elite. Of that bunch, Tennessee is the closest. LSU has the titles but they're too inconsistent.
