....because he couldn't beat a 3 win team. Yep that's right a 3 win Pruitt team with Jarrett Guarantano as QB beat him.

I will say this though... I wouldn't be upset to chuck Pruitt and his record setting 3-win season down the memory hole and declare it null. In fact, I'm for it. But someone needs to tell Coach Drink that even if we vacate he still has a loss on his record.

He's not wrong. Both the NCAA and UT have names of players that received illegal (NCAA) benefits yet competed. I don't remember them not ever vacating wins in such a situation.

I actually thought about the fact that Tennessee obviously had some ineligible players in many of their games and if anything will come of it.
