Top to bottom the Big 12 school with the best athletic department is:

Not going to be UCF when they join.

UCF, not really good or relevant in anything.

Operative phrase, "when they join".

What about "after they join"? Hmmmm?

Oklahoma is going to struggle in the SEC. Terrible move for them.

I believe it's Florida based on what they've done in most sports.

This is a football conference, bud. I'm no FOG, and the other sports certainly matter, but they're joining this conference because of the tradition and dominance in the sport of football, along with the financial benefits that will come as a result of that dominance.

Total athletic package has to be OU and Florida. What’s crazy is Oklahoma state would be about top 4

Texas wins the 2021-22 Division I Director's Cup, the trophy awarded to the nation's most successful athletic program. Stanford, Michigan, Ohio State and Florida round out the top 5.

Texas has 20 varsity sports. 10 of those finished in the top 2 (4 championships). 13 finished in the top 10. Football was the only sport that didn't earn director's cup points ( ).

They will have a clean SEC slate to write on when they join, just like the rest of us.

Congrats on past weaker conference accomplishments……
