He's a class guy!
It's amazing how a guy who's been a winner at a major can handle the pressure so much better. Those young guys anuses got tight and grew sharp teeth on that back-9!...somebody must have reminded them that it was late on Sunday at a major, and they were in contention!

Yesterday they barely showed JT during a lot of holes. They would show Watson but not him. Guess they thought he wasn’t playing good enough.

Way to go JT! You made us proud, a truly no quit effort.

Maybe JT was hitting the same time as Eldrick Woods.

What's with the dumb comment and eye roll? Syd is correct, JT barely got any coverage until 15-18.

Overall the CBS broadcast was subpar. Mics not working, cutaways at the wrong time, etc.

Justin Thomas Wins Second PGA Championship Title

Thomas won a three-hole playoff over Will Zalatoris to win the second major of his career.

Everything Justin Thomas Said After Winning the 2022 PGA Championship

After starting the day seven strikes back, the former Crimson Tide star played the last 12 holes in 5-under par and won a three-hold aggregate playoff.

JT played the last hole of the playoff (18) like a true Champion. A great drive and approach shot.

The young guns fell off their bicycles on the back nine and the old man went by them.

JT is 29. Pereira is 27. Zalatoris is 25.

Did y’all see Pereira’s last tee shot? It looked like something I would have swung; nice backswing, then some ugly hybrid between a golf swing and a softball at bat. I’m so glad JT won but you couldn’t help but feel a little empathy for Pereira as he completely choked on 18.

Reminded me of Van de Velde at the British Open.

Yesterday's @PGAChampionship win for @JustinThomas34
marked only the 2nd time a men's major champ won despite his shot deficit increasing after each round. Thomas matched HOF member Lanny Wadkins, who accomplished the same feat when winning the 1977 PGA.

2022 PGA Championship: Justin Thomas shows poise capitalizing on precious opportunity to win second major

Major championship opportunities are few and far between, even for the best in the game like Thomas

Clip of a JT interview about how long he'll celebrate this win:

Congrats to JT!

Also, interesting to note, another ex-Bama Golfer, Davis Riley (2019), ended up tied for 13th.
