Crazy how Conway has blown up since I was young. I think the entire north central part of the state is prime for lots of growth. It's some of the most beautiful land in the country and prices are still reasonable. Perfect weather too. Warm climate but still just enough snow to be able to enjoy it when it happens.

yeah man, if I knew of a good property management company around Russellville, I'd buy a rental property house near the ATU campus and have them do whatever they do

I dislike all the moving to Arkansas, the only good thing that can come of it better be better players.

Conway is building up in an amazing way. Ten years from now we might be talking about UCA as a solid FBS level school... with the bankroll to match it.
In fact... I could see UCA passing Arkansas State as the second school in the state.

In fairness, LA is a pretty low bar. The only even interesting thing there is the fishing around Venice and the debauchery in NOLA. And NOLA is a cesspool of a city with a pretty garden district.
Everything else in LA...smells of armpit.

I hate it. Im jealous of Louisiana on this one. I wish people were moving out of Arkansas in droves

I don't live either place but I end up being in both fairly often.
Ruston is the perfect size town to me. Big enough to have everything you need (dining, shopping, etc) but small enough you don't feel like the world is closing in around you.
Conway feels like it's busting at the seams and then there are the round-a-bouts..... my sweet Jesus.... I'm pretty sure there are people in Conway that have been stuck on the same round-a-bout for days on end
. I hate those things.
Sports: La Tech > UCA.
I prefer Ruston to Conway but would rather live in Arkansas than Louisiana any day.

the round-a-bouts
Lots of data that they reduce injury accidents significantly. That being said, I freaking hate them. When school is in session Conway feels pretty crowded.

I don't mind round-a-bouts but hate drivers who don't know how to negotiate through one properly.....the vehicle in the round-a-bout has the right of way. If you can enter the round-a-bout with out disrupting the flow of traffic then you don't have to stop......

Lived in Conway for a decade
One, it’s NOT North-Central Arkansas. It’s Central Arkansas. It’s 20 minutes from Little Rock, damn near the exact center of the state.
Two, roundabouts are the bomb. It’s not their fault people are too stupid to understand them.

I get the county comparison, but Washington County is only a small part of NWA.
