As far as a Bama fan goes the atmosphere at Tiger stadium and JHS are the best I've ever seen. You can't hear a dam thing in either place the entirety of the game.
I remember a Bama player talking about being there in 2012 and he said it was so loud that a player standing next to him just looked at him and smiled and shook his head at the noise level.

I would put the cotton bowl during OU/TX weekend. Can’t beat having the game and the Texas state fair at the same time.

Tiger Stadium is awesome, fricking deafening when it wants to be. Neyland is like that when our team doesn’t make us want to commit collective suicide

I am deaf and see it as #5

Don't get me wrong, I hope the matchup never ever occurs anywhere else, but that place is only good for a single 4-hour atmosphere out of the 365-day year. The rest of the stadium is so miserably outdated, it's insane.
In 2021's game, they ran out of water and all of their payment systems went down resulting in people needing cash to buy anything.

That list is a joke. College football stadiums are the best by default imo. Although Kansas City and Seattle Seahawks have good atmospheres in the NFL. I have been to nearly every stadium. Baseball stadiums are cool in their own way but its apples and oranges. Never been to Madison.
The best, loudest most intimidating and hostile stadiums are in this order:
1: Neyland at UT. Deny it all you want but anyone who has been when we were a perrienal powerhouse vs a rival like UF at home knows.
2: The swamp UF: hot asf humid asf and loyd asf. Plus UF fans are trash and very unfriendly and confrontational fan base. This place was legit intimidating as a Vol fan travelling alone back in the Meyrr and Spurrier days
3: Tiger Stadium LSU:
Loudest stadium in the nation besides Neyland when it's cranking
4: Auzten Stadium Oregon: it's loud actually. Great environment overall.
5: Memorial Stadium Clemson: SEC style school in the ACC basically. We should have gotten them over Mizzou.
6: Beaver stadium Penn State: This place gets jumping when they are good
7: Jordan Hair Auburn: Extremely underrated stadium. They go nuts when Bama and UGA come to town.
Screw the rest
Ohio State and Michigan are huge but I wasn't too impressed with the noise when i went. I'd put UGA and Bama over them even. College station is okay i guess. Not a fan of the way their accoustics are set up. The 12th man is BS.

Neyland is a rust pit with shite for a playing surface. Its rusting away. No character, just a bowl of erosion.

A checkered Neyland stadium is the greatest damn site on earth. Our stadium gets much louder than your fancy little glorified tennis stadium and you know it.
F#ck UGA.
I matched up with a UGA fan on bumble dating app today. First thing this skank says is I don't know if i can be with a Tennessee fan. Needless to say i unmatched and deleted her loser UGA arse.
Knoxville has a better stadium...better tradition...better situated campus and better women.
