Didn't Cincy have a large number of super seniors on their 2021 team?
Yeah, they're still preseason-projected as a Top 20 team, though.
They lost a ton of guys on defense, including both of their linebackers and corners, but they've added some transfers.
I think Fickell's schemes are good enough for them to stay competitive, as always it's just a matter of how that actually translates over against P5 competition.

I'd say two out of four were pretty damn good.
The other two got blown out to end their seasons.

And that's a home and home series too. Lots of good OoC Games in general for 2022.

we would've lost to '19 lsu regardless of where we played.
'18 bama was a much better team than us, I'm actually surprised we made it as close as we did.
'21 bama, the healthier version in December along with our head scratchingly retarded defensive game plan, would have lost in any venue
'17 is the only game where it was two truly dead evenly matched teams
'17 au and '20 cincy, we were simply better than them.
People (not you in particular) always talk abotu our record there like it's some kind of magical house of horrors or somethingk, but I mean most of the losses were to teams that were just better, same as our wins were over teams that we are better thann.
Next yera against oregon we are the better team and will have more fans and will add another in the win column.

Every team UGA has lost to at MBS has played in the CFP CG. Every single one of them.

We did too to be fair.
I'm sure we didn't expect Cincy to be coming off of a CFP appearance when we scheduled them

To be fair, the only P5 team we have beaten at MBS is Auburn, which isn't all that impressive.
nvm... UNC game was in old Ga Dome.

UGA's record at MBS is 2-4.
Fair, but isn’t this more a function of UGA than the venue?

See above. Said the same and then edited. That was 2016 and MBS didn't open until 2017.

3. Florida State vs. LSU (New Orleans – Sunday, Sept. 4)
I'm excited for this since it's my team, but this should be in the "cripple fight" list until we see some evidence to the contrary.

I would assume this line will be double digits, although for some reason Oregon is once again projected to be in the national championship picture.
