As of this morning...
1-seed: Auburn (#1 overall)
3-seed: Kentucky
4-seed: LSU
5-seed: Tennessee
6-seed: Alabama
12-seed: Miss St. (4th to last team in)
12-seed: Florida (last team in)
------
Texas A&M: First team out
Arkansas: 4th team out
That's a lot of SEC teams represented, and a lot of SEC real estate right around that bubble line. Should be a fun next 7.5 weeks

Damn 8&M always missing it as first out. Oof.

The only thing Lunardi is good for is getting most of the teams who will be in right.

I like Arkansas to bounce back and make the tourney. I have more confidence in their team than UF or MSU. aTm got a good head start, but I agree with lunardi that they won’t hang on.

Kentucky has no business being a 3 seed yet. Beating a very average tennessee team like that is fools gold.

We know Arkansas is missing out on winning at Reed Arena...where they've only done so twice ever.

How can Alabama be 100% with their loss to Missouri?

I think they are playing well and will end up a 3 or 4 seed. I think at this point, if there is one team other than Auburn that can win the SEC regular season, its Kentucky.... of course that could change Saturday. If Auburn beats the Cats Saturday, they might as well cut the nets.

I'm not sure their methodology, but I would imagine wins over Gonzaga, Houston, Tennessee, and Florida have a lot to do with it. Not to mention four of their six losses are Quad 1

They would've done so last year if Texas A&M didn't literally quit playing.
Arkansas is 60-46 all-time against Texas A&M and has won @ Texas A&M 17 times compared to 31 losses.

At Reed Arena, Arkansas is 2-6. Musselman is 0-2 at Reed.
The fact that you have a losing record at G. Rollie White, given our putrid history, is HILARIOUS. (15-25)

quote:Focus is more on how they beat them. I would say putting 107 points on the then second ranked defense in the country is eye opening. The season will play itself out. There really isn't any need for brackets until like a month out from the tournament anyway.
