The shite posting is an all time low. Post your logic? Lsu is short staffed especially with quality players. 5 four and five star players decided to transfer to another university. Those same 5 four and Five star players will end up transferring to another rival team. Wouldn't it be a good idea to take those pieces off the board so that they aren used against us by our rivals? Ofcousre its a great idea but since the Rant allows shite quality posters to post hereby great idea will never make it to BK.

You’re being too shallow with these thoughts. Of course every team in the country would love to have 4 and 5 star players. The more of those you have the better your chances.

However, there is a reason these guys are in the portal. Some maybe just need to be closer to home, some don’t see a fit on the team, some don’t like being 3rd or 4th on the depth chart behind other 5 star players, some have issues that we don’t know about and frankly some of these 4 and 5 stars simply aren’t that good despite a stellar high school career. Lastly, some of these guys have issues that result in a 5 star sitting the bench over a 3 star that has worked harder and passed them up.

So, you can’t take a piece off the board just because they were talented in high school. You have to look at the player currently and decide if they as a player and person fit the program. With BK, there is a clear shift to rid the program of selfish players who created a culture of ME at LSU. He won’t sacrifice what he is trying to rebuild for someone regardless of star quality if they don’t fit the mold, Period!

Those players had guts, no quit in them, and they have all of our respect.

I know that you would just Love for your Ideals to be the point of Law and for your "Period" to be universally accepted as the Defacto opinion however, opinions are just what they are; Opinions. But lets carry on, I agree with your logic however its safe to assume that those players are coming from a quality program which equates to a "wining mentality" and some level of " quality training". I believe that you and I can agree that Alabama's football program is Currently superior to Lsu's and as of now they have PRODUCED BETTER PLAYERS THAN LSU WITHIN THE LAST TWO SEASONS. As a consequence of BAMA Producing better players its safe to assume that their 4 and 5 star transfers are better than our HANDFUL of 2 and 3 star athletes (14-20). Those transfers would bring over several beneficial factors to the Lsu program. Firstly, they would bring the knowledge which they have acquired from the most SUCCESSFUL coach in the History of COLLEGE football. Secondly they would immediately contribute to the LACK of players on the LSU roster. Thirdly, They would contribute to Quality of play and depth. Lets examine each player Independently ....... (you get the point). lastly, but most importantly they would contribute to the Lsu program by bringing over INFORMATION. Lets be clear we hired BK as the coach of football not as a guidance counselor. He has to perform on field first to keep his job. I get your logic clearly however I'm only stating that I believe those 4 and 5 star transfers can make positive contributions to our team.

I honestly don’t know any of those players.
