Ummm, good time to revisit this topic methinks ;-)

Stetson has a year of eligibility left, I think he will return and try for the repeat, but what would this do to the QB situation at UGA?. Most certainly JT is gone, either pro or via the portal (if he can, not sure if he is able to since he came to UGA from USC?), But what about Beck (gone also I think)

Did BVG stay and if he does, does he have a chance to beat out Stetson?

His draft stock is low, even with the CFP Championship win. It might be good for him to come back and get another good year of game experience and boost his draft stock.

Obviously Gunner is enrolled now so there's a chance he could win the job if he is lights out in spring practice and in Fall camp, but that is probably unlikely..

Good problem to have if Stetson did return.

I love Stetson, but his draft stock is never gonna be high, he is most likely never gonna play QB in the NFL.

That does not mean he is not a really good CFB QB though.

Even more reason to milk the CFP Championship win and secure some huge NIL money by playing one more year in college.

draft stock

Bennett has zero draft stock. He might be able to get picked up for a practice squad, but his size and arm strength will never be good enough for an NFL roster.

I think he hangs it up after that performance. It will never get better and he get moving on with his degrees and start making it in the real world. Will always be a DGD and probably get a few big time connections in the world.

What’s Stetsons height and weight vs Bryce Young?

Bryce is 6'0" 194, Stetson is 5'11" 190. Not much difference in stature, but Bryce does have a better arm IMHO.

Even so, you gotta play the QB who gives you the best chance to win a NC. Thankfully though for Georgia fans, this doesn't have to be answered for a while.

That's actually a tough situation. As loved as he is right now, that could all change if he starts next year, you lose a younger prospect or two and he has a bad game or two.

I think it would be best for he and the program to ride off into the sunset with his NC and let Kirby move on to the next guy.

Standing next to Bryce after the game, Stet looked taller

I agree Leto. It’s only downhill from here. Go out on top of the world and head to Law School.

This defense will be gone next year, and the Dawgs will need to score at a higher clip. Kirby will have to decide if Stet is the guy to do that or if it's someone else currently in our stable or from the portal.

F**k that. He's gonna kill it WITH NIL money and any competitor would to keep playing.Dont see much of a decision if I'm him.

I stand corrected, wasn’t thinking about the NIL money. Cash in for a year, then head to law school.

Was he ever considered to be an NFL prospect?

If I'm him I come back again for another year.

If I were him I would go back. He can sell insurance for the rest of his life, he only has 1 more year to be on a college football team.

I would do the same, stay one more year, try for a repeat

He will be loaded after he cashes in on NIL, he will not be hurting for cash for the rest of his life if he takes care of/ invests his future NIL $ right.
