Well Kirby famously took pics of Alabama's recruiting board after he took the UGA job and showed it to recruits to recruit against Alabama.

I would actually expect that for one of the longest tenured assistants with Saban.
I don’t take this as a bad thing or a knock on Kirby. He would be an idiot not doing that.

Not sure why everyone is acting all high and mighty on this troll fest of a board after the last five plus years of Alabama/Saban/Kirby/Georgia copying references. We all knew it was happening and why it was happening, but there were a lot of Georgia posters that got semi defensive about it at first.
Now it has been 100% confirmed even though most realized it was true long ago. Of course he wants to emulate everything that Saban and the Alabama football program does - who the hell doesn't if everyone is being honest?
It's mildly funny and deserves a chuckle at the very least and puts a bow on a topic that was discussed ad nauseam, especially for the first couple of years. There were countless threads about it whether it was coordinators, coaches, lights, social media edits or whatever else it all was. Some of y'all just need to lighten up a bit. It's Friday night, have a beer and relax.

Yep, Kirby copied Bama from 08-15. He missed out of the offensive revolution at Bama and it clearly shows in his Georgia teams.

For a guy that sucks so bad its a wonder that he's been sabans most trusted assistant over his entire career. Was with him at LSU, Miami, and Alabama for years. Saban must be a real dumbass for wanting that guy around so much, I guess.

Get this - if I suddenly inherit the Galactic Lottery and decide to piss it all away by funding a college football team - my coach better damn well start off by copying Nick Saban every chance he gets.
