It’s about staring into the fire and not blinking. Not looking at it and using excuses as to why someone else should deal with it.

Win loss or draw these young men will fight when times are tough. A&Ms boys are being taught when the going gets tough to look for excuses

I’m sorry…When was there a team vote at Texas A&M where they asked all their players if they wanted to play?

Don’t blame the A&M players for the weak arse admin opting out just like you shouldn’t applaud LSU players for their admin opting to play. It has nothing to do with the players or players safety it’s about money and who will be stakeholders in the game being played or not.

Covid protocols: I don't know the exact number that can be attributed to this, but A&M was highly criticized for this same exact thing. This excuse either goes both ways or it doesn't. Make up your mind.

You were criticized for not playing.

It appears as though LSU will.

Thus, the "excuse" is not going both ways.

How inspiring. Is that from a Garth Brooks song?

I don't know, I can't fault some guys for sitting out. As awesome as Matt Corral is for saying what he said about opting out, he got hurt. I have no idea what his NFL future is going to be, but that didn't help.

For a guy like Jenkins, he'll bounce around NFL rosters for the next few years, but this will probably be the last game that has any personal meaning for him.

I just think it's chickenshit for a whole team to quit. The guys who want to play - let them play.

Dude, why of all people is a aTm fan talking smack about this? I mean your team cut and ran once you had a player opt out, other teams have stuck it out despite a shortage of players. Enjoy that SEC paycheck the rest of us have to split with you for having a coward for a coach.

What is worse, shooting yourself in the foot & fighting on one leg or shooting your self in both feet so you don’t have to fight at all?

I think you know the answer.

It’s not talking smack. It’s just a genuine question of why this is being seen as some heroic act and seen as if the players have frick all to do with the decision making that is done behind the scenes.

There's a point where a person realizes they are wrong and you, sir, should have reached this revelation long ago. You are only continuing to show your ignorance and childishness in continuing such a sad attempt to disparage LSU.

That or you are a full blown imbecile.

Oh please, you act like it's an honest question. It's called character when facing adversity, LSU obviously has it and you don't don't.

Hmm, perhaps this is why LSU beat your arse when they were having a very down year? Think about that for a moment.

So we gave all our players Covid? What are you saying? You can’t control who gets Covid or not and we don’t make the dumbass quarantine rules.

You can control not being a pussy like Miles Brennan and waiting until next year for a “fresh start”. That’s 100% bitch mentality. Yet y’all get on here and brag about how much “chest it takes” to play a WR a QB. you have a healthy QB and he quit. He will also be allowed to be your starting QB next year. Tell me what kind of mentality LSU is creating here again?

So you're saying that the players marched in to jimbo's office and said "coach... we ain't pussies, we wanna play in our bowl game!!" Maybe they did and jimbo was confused since they already lost their bowl game to LSU.
