Generational teams versus Alabama

Sure Alabama wins the National Championship every year.
And yes we have only won once in the last 10 tries
But I’m grateful as an LSU fan, when we have a generational team that comes through (see 2019 and 2011), they usually beat Bama, and usually they beat Bama’s generational, or ‘best team ever.’
Which is why I can’t understand why Georgia cannot beat this Bama team. Georgia, if this is your best team ever, history says you should be able to win this rematch.

Because their QB sucks against any defense with a pulse and their defense isn’t built to stop high powered offenses.

In aggregate talent, I think so. Coupled with how the SEC shaped up this year and their schedule laid out, it is absolutely their best postured team to win a NC.
We'll see what happens. Should be a hell of a coaching effort. Hopefully, Smart overthinks it and Saban pulls out another 21-0 type of rematch masterpiece

This is why nobody likes lsu fans. Instead of congratulating fellow SEC teams they have to bring up stuff from years past because they are violently insecure
