"We gonna win that natty. we gonna repeat."
That quote gonna cause some trouble or will be remembered.

You have to love that game for him.

Completely wrong about this guy. I’m so sorry. Never been so wrong about a “hot take”. I feel bad about it

B-Rob did it all the right way. Came here despite a loaded RB room. Worked hard and now he's got a chance to go out on top two years in a row. These are the type of MEN that every coach & fan dreams of having in this day and age of transfer portal madness

He was a beast tonight.
Trey looked good, too.

They both played well. Cincy’s run D is turrible.

Another BRob Gem:
quote:
"I literally put my heart into this, this university, that team, that locker room. I don't ever whant to let my brothers down. I don't ever want to let my coaches down. I don't ever want to let this university down."

Anyone have a clip of the postgame Laura Rutledge interview? I've seen two that have the Saban interview, but cutoff the BRob one.

In the modern day where players are from different places, transfer portal, NIL, loss of regionalism, etc etc........this sort of stuff makes me so damn happy. It doesn't mean I think we need more Tuscaloosa County kids or something, but it's awesome to have one who stuck around and just absolutely frickin loves this place with every fiber in his body the same way all of us do.

Trey Sanders was solid. The month off helped him immensely. The next ten days will be good for them before playing against the UGA defense.

You can tell from this ESPN article how much it meant to him and his mom to play for Alabama:
quote:
When Saban said yes, he was offering a scholarship, Robinson and Little looked at one another. There was a lot in that moment of eye contact, Robinson said: the love and respect they had for one another, the love and respect they had for Alabama football and the feeling of a dream coming true.
"It was something so special for me, for her, and for people so close to us that felt the same way about Alabama," Robinson said.

Never forget that BRob committed to Alabama at a time that we had the top 2 running backs in his class already on board (Najee and Cam Akers).
Akers flipped to Florida State and Najee was a beast for us.
BRob waited his turn and now he is one of the most loved players on the team.

Or maybe getting to play more, and get more confident he won't be re-injured, has helped.
Maybe, too, this will allay a transfer.
