I had my doubts start of the season. I had my doubts middle of the season. I had my doubts before Auburn. Now I'm convinced. And what was the deciding moment?

Georgia game, Bryce rolls right, slips through some huge arms and hands, launched a no-look lateral like Terry Davis to Johnny Musso... then came the moment... though he is the size of an elf, he continued down the field and threw a block on a giant OLman/LB three times his size to try to spring his RB.

He could have stopped. He could have slid. He could have "opted out." He could have danced away like Cam Newton... BUT NOOOOOOOOO.. he took on the biggest guy he could find. So what if he glanced off like a BB hitting an Abrams... he did it...

...and won a Heisman in my eyes, and my deep respect.

(sorry, don't have GIF)

Don't be silly, he is half the size of an elf...football wise.

Around the entire defense while scoring a TD, like he did against LSU in 2010?

That was a real Heisman moment.

The play you described, while cool to watch, wasn’t his Heisman moment in my eye. Bryce Young had many more fantastic plays during this season. He had better plays in that game alone.

He sure does have an absolute cannon for being half the size of an elf. Pretty crazy

I hate Alabama, but that lateral was beautiful.

I had the same thoughts, we are lucky to have a fine person like him lead our team

If anyone knows how to make a gif, here's a good video which shows the lateral.

So you had doubts the entire season up to the Auburn game. I am sure glad Young finally played well enough in your opinion to warrant such magnanimous approval.

The kid has a ridiculous skill set. He seems like a pretty humble guy as well.

Preposterous! We were told that Bryce would be lucky to be the 3rd best QB in the SEC...

You alluded to it but I want to emphasize he avoided pressure and broke two tackles before the flip. Brilliant play after brilliant play all night long.

To me, it was when he recovered his own fumble vs 3 UGA defenders.
