I think UA will be #1, but it's possible that Michigan, if they win, might go to number 1 with UA #2, but in any event, I think Alabama will play Cincinnati and Michigan will play UGA.

Michigan will not ascend to #1. Don't care how they win against #13...

It’ll be Bama-Cincinnati and UGA against Michigan. Several different ways to to do the numbers but those are the matchups

Better discussion is timeslot. On NYE, which time slot does ABC/ESPN consider 'primetime'? Georgia/Michigan is going to draw insane numbers, so conventional wisdom says it would get the 7pm kick. But with NYE being a party night I'm not quite sure. Hope we get the 2:30 kick.

Some people are pushing for ND. I don't think they get in though. I was expecting ok st to win, and that would have pushed UGA out of the picture. Not sure now.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they try to avoid an all-SEC national title especially with the game in the Midwest. So we may have to take on UGA immediately.

They would be more upset with back to back Bama vs UGA games. No guarantee they meet in the natty, just probable. They will take their chances.

Honestly, if it were me. I'd do this.
1. Bama
2. Michigan
3. Cincinatti
4. UGA
UGA is the only one that isn't a conference champ and Cincy is undefeated.

UGA has a much better strength of schedule than Cincy. So Cincy will likely stay at #4. Bama, Mich & UGA would all probably go 13-0 against Cincy's schedule.
