LSU, UF… Just Man Up and Stop Whining - Permanent Opponents Article

That's the title of the article (don't shoot the messenger).
Now LSU and Florida — especially LSU — want to throw all of that logic out the window and do away with permanent rivals and the league’s tradition altogether. Historically, there have always been whiners when it comes to difficulties (see: SEC coaches every time a game is added to the league’s schedule). But those doing the crying have never been allowed to have their way. The good of the league has always come first.
Agree or disagree? I like it because it means we probably get to see more good games each year.
If anyone is entitled to complain about it, it would definitely be UT fans but I have never heard one complain (don't think their pride would allow it).

Sure is easy to tell everyone to stop bitching and keep things the way they are when you have to play menacing Kentucky and powerhouse Tennessee every year

Having the Bama game to Tenn means they'll go 6-6 rather than 7-5, so of course they'll take the rivalry.

I haven't really heard Florida fans whining - though the author of the article seems to think they are complaining some (though he points out far less than LSU).
