#6 Ohio St is sitting at home on champions Saturday
#7 Texas is about to be Big 12 champ and 12-1
#8 Bama could have a massive win today.
#4 FSU, without their QB, is a problem that won’t go away. Playing Louisville tonight.
#5 Oregon is out
There is still a scenario where both Bama and UGA get in.

If one of Texas/FSU gets upset, then the UGA/Bama winner is a lock. If both of those teams win and Bama beats UGA, then I think SEC gets left out. Head to head has to matter, so can’t see Bama jumping Texas. And can’t see the committee taking FSU out as an undefeated P5 champ.

Yep. Bama has to have FL State lose to even have a shot if they beat Georgia. Fl state wins with 3rd string qb they in even though they get trampled probably first round. Committee can say we put both conference champs in Texas and Bama then if Fl state loses. Crazy Georgia with l loss in 2 years would be out.

There's also a scenario where the SEC is entirely left out. Texas and FSU both blow out their opponents and Bama beats Georgia.
