Is this his last year or will he get another?

That’s elite for Arkansas

If his team gives up and they go 3-9 then yes he is gone.
If they play hard, go 6-6 then he is in a good spot.

I'm calling it. He retires at the end of the season.

He should but he isn't leaving that money on the table.

That’s counting the Covid 2020 year where Arkansas got completely screwed by the SEC by making us play Georgia and Florida with a new coach QB, everything.

It wasn’t fair but I believe they used the previous years standings and matched the worst teams with the best in cross division

He made changes this offseason to help rectify that record and we just had our first SEC game with those changes, but we live in a microwave timeframe culture.
IMO his new hires should get at least a year of grace period to get in their groove.

I love the aggressive nature of our defense, but every now and then we should mix in some zone. Like when it’s 2nd and 18 or with 48 seconds left. It worked on the 3rd and long. We just need to do it a bit more

Sam can come back to UGA stat...
Stacy Searles can gtfo and follow his dreams whatever they are.
Damn sure it's not to be a top 10 OL coach in college football...

He looks pretty done imo....the pregame speech they showed was firey content but the delivery was pretty flat...even as Arkansas was hanging in their vs 17 ot favorite on the road he never really looked excited. Just doesn't seem like he's enjoying it anymore.... could be wrong...any actual arky fans saw what I saw?

Saw it towards the end of last year and it hasn't really changed.

The amount of pre-snap penalties that team had last night was shocking, especially on the o-line moving at a defense shifting parallel to the line.

He gets to leave and is a multimillionaire and not become the villain. That's a sweet deal if you ask me.

That has been very confusing to watch.

That is the way it should happen but of course Arkansas doesn't have happy endings.

Kind of a shame...he came in with so much energy and I thought he was a great fit there...guess he burnt out fast

Yep. Sam has a very nice home on Lake Hamilton waiting on him with a casino and horse track nearby. No need to completely wear out his welcome by hanging around too long.
