I’m super-biased, but It’s hard to not say Scott Woodward tonight.
-BK and LSU football
-Jay Johnson and LSU baseball
-Kim Mulkey and WBB
-obviously a dud in men’s basketball so far but IMO the other three outweigh that by a ton
What other AD’s are up there? Maybe Tennessee AD?

Agree, it has to be LSU. I am envious of the hires y'all make, and the commitment LSU has to winning national titles. Texas treats sports as a business (which I get, but as a fan it's frustrating).

Part of the reason we can do that is because we run a self sustaining Athletics program w/o the politics

Woodward is looking pretty fricking awesome right now.
I would have also mentioned Ross Bjork until he went to A&M.

Woodward is so good that he tagged Jimbo to aggy for 9 figures before coming home and building a beast at LSU

Texas has a shite ton of money. It boggles my brain how and what they decide what to spend it on. Is it a big ole Board of Supervisors type thing?

It’s like the Dallas Cowboys except they have like 15 Jerrys

Barnhart was pretty good until he got self-righteous about alcohol sales and gave Calipari a lifetime contract.

Texas is to political! They have big time donors that think they run the show

Alabama has been on a roll in so many sports. I would put theirs up there

I was referring to University of Texas! There is nobody in Division 1 sports that has the politics like them

Right and we were ahead of the curve! Now it’s legal! He could have done a few advertisements and been fine

I would say it affect politics in the way that negatively affecting LSU sports is how bit to make it in Louisiana

Didn’t y’all want Woodward fired like a year ago over the firing of Will Wade?

Greg Bryne is a great AD with a black eye on the handling of the basketball situation. He should fire his entire PR team though.
