I was at the MSU at Auburn game in 1978.

Looked fine to me.

I don’t care one way or the other.

I like our helmet.

It’s not the end of the world if we wear orange jerseys or do not wear orange jerseys.

Please no - not that those aren’t cool, but our lids are absolutely one of the best in football and the white shell makes them pop.

I’m all for orange Jerseys or blue pants or something occasionally, and the face mask changes are fine but the base helmet is the traditional white shell helmet is the tits and should never be screwed with.

I’m for alternate uniforms one game a year, also it might get some recruits excited.

Hey a-hole take it elsewhere. If we wanted the (make believe) political board we could have gone there.

Lighten up! The references were a joke about the orange jerseys and how things are lining up for their reappearance. The last thing I want to do is talk politics, I’ve been on this site for almost 9 years and have never went on the political board, not even lurked there.

How is this thread this deep into clothing after time after time mods squashing the rumors. Y’all are a bunch of junior high girls with maxed out credit cards and it shows.

This is why we can’t have nice things, people get their panties in a wad if Auburn wants a uniform change, remember the recent AU logo change with a slightly bigger A and people freaked out so the squashed it. Too many old arse traditionalist in our fanbase.

I am not at all against maybe a one-off different uniform every season or every other season. I just don't like the all orange jersey. It's ugly. It's ugly on UT, Clemson, Miami, or anyone else that wears it. You want a navy helmet or something, I could get with that, maybe. It is not being old and stuck in the past, it is just appreciating orange being an awful color. It is great for us as an accent color.

something to thing about with the "potential" of alternate uniforms.

An alternate uniform has the potential to be sold as another AU jersey type. This gives the player another option to cash in on NIL.

Just something to think about

Just got off the phone with my son who is a freshman and he and all of his peers would love to see the orange jerseys. I'm old enough to be 50/50 on it but if the generation we are recruiting wants it, then maybe Auburn should consider it...
