Makes a little more sense why we didn't see more of him. Also good to hear he is excited about the future

Craig-Myers missed two games because of injuries and did not record a statistic in seven of the 11 games he participated.
He battled a hamstring injury, quadricep injury and a “busted finger” throughout the season, but was completely healthy for the Sugar Bowl, he said.
“I felt better than I ever have,” he said.

Poor guy. He didn't realize DC would leave nor his QB's arm would fall off. Having a walk on kicker play over him must be humiliating also.

Will Hastings gotta get those reps tho

Yall do realize they play different spots in our offense right? Craig-Myers when healthy was behind Stevens at the 9 spot in our offense which is the split end WR. Hastings is a slot guy. Marcus Davis and Tony Stevens were the guys taking his snaps away

NCM still should have gotten more snaps than Tony Stevens' unproductive arse if healthy even for just the Sugar Bowl.
I will never understand why he was on the field with the options we had on the bench. You don't have to know much about the playbook to be a deep threat - run fast, find ball, catch ball, profit

Tony Stevens played just fine in the Sugar Bowl.
People like to bash TSteve, but he wasn't a limiting factor this year. He had some great plays to go with his bad ones

That's fine. The Hastings taking snaps over NCM is the part I was arguing. If you want NCM to play more than Stevens that's fine even though I think Stevens was solid this year. I wish NCM had taken more snaps from Marcus Davis earlier in the year

Well as the article says he was banged up much of the year. He also was working at a position with more experience in guys like Tony Stevens and Marcus Davis. I wish he had played more too but it sounds like he wasn't 100% majority of the year which had an impact on his playing time

He plays ok on occasion, I will give him that. But it just seemed like he always had more negative plays (crucial drops, missed assignments) than positive. I'm not bashing him by any means, but at 6'4" he should've been much more consistent.
Nevertheless, hopefully some of the new guys can plug right into his spot and make a difference, especially with Stidham slinging the rock.

This year, he actually was a solid contributor and his reputation blinded people from that. I'm sure if you added up the drop totals, he is significantly lower than most on the board would believe. He also never seemed like a liability blocking
For Kyle Davis, he supposedly didn't know the playbook and often ran incorrect routes and/or blocking assignments.
Obviously the NCM lack of playing time over the season is explained.

No argument there

I think we see all 3 more with expanded roles next season if Stidham is half as good as we hope. I loved at end of Arkansas game seeing NCM at the X, KD at the Y & Stove at the Z. With Slayton, R. Davis, Stove, NCM & KD I feel real good with WR core next season. Now if we can get a QB that stays healthy long enough to throw them the ball

Maybe it is just me, but I think a 6'2 210lb slot guy would be more effective than a 5'8 170lb kicker.

Just as well he didnt play since our QB rotation was a Cripple Chicken, a Dual Threat QB that was really a no threat QB and an extra from One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest.

Every year, it seems we have major injuries

Disappointed that this wasn't the first response.
