if Bruce didn't come in and make the team respectable by revamping the roster? I don't think we would have gotten to 8 wins at season's end.

Our non conference schedule would have been a joke so we would have gotten to at least 11 wins on the season. Our RPI would probably be in the 250 range though.

We would be the equivalent of a Div. II basketball team.

Valid point. Now answer it assuming this schedule with the roster we had.

Probably sitting on 6 or 7 wins with this schedule, our old roster and Barbee at the helm.

I don't even want to think about it.

The point is to reflect and be thankful despite the struggles we've had this year or will have rest of the year.

The real question is what was Barbee doing? And why wasnt he arrested for stealing his pay check?

Yes it was. To think about where we would be so we can appreciate where we are even with the struggles. Your posts have not done the latter. lol

Worse then Tommy Joe Eagles territory.

Even worse than Barbee by far.

Hard to say. Worse for sure though. Non-conference schedule would've been a lot easier. Barbee would have also added some players late, but I don't think they'd be nearly as good as the guys that Pearl brought in.

The main thing I notice as I go back several weekends is there is enthusiasm& optimism about Bball now. Have to admit even I have it & never liked Bball that much. I think it is vital for us to keep BP for several years

I am more excited to think about where the program will be. This team, under Pearl, has played very hard against other teams that clearly have the advantage in talent.

That will pay dividends later.
