My comment was a joke but I use a cpap and mainly caused by my natural neck size. My neck was an 18 when I weighed 155 lbs. Now at 225 it's 20.5". I can't walk into Belk or even a men's warehouse and buy a shirt and tie that fits.

Big Necks and cpaps, right there with ya, but I can still deadlift and squat heavy
