He would be a Manchurian candidate of epic proportions. He could be living in a gutter, surviving on rain water runoff and rats, and turn down a job at Auburn. That's how much Bama he has in him.
Since Jeremy Pruitt is an analyst for him can we pull him as DC???

Goose you realize this was all Derrick Nix, not DJD. Honestly the way Nix called that game, I’d rather have him than Troy-boy next year. At least he knows the big stage!

Yeah I am still done with it though.
RPO should be a wrinkle, but nothing more for me.
Would you like Indies Offense?
Here are their stats
so if you like it would you be surprised that it is RPO?

Brown doesn’t run Air Raid anymore. His later WVU offenses were more run heavy. RPO.
Shhh they really don't want to know. Plus he said that we would get Brown's offense because that all he knows...I had to point out that he spent double the Brown time with Gorgeous AL Borgess. Big West Coast Offense guy...but can't convince him of that...

Kiffin bout to get kicked off the list…
Heard he is headed to UF ~13 -15 mil...
should be interesting if true...
Franklin to Va Tech - easy peasy as it would only have a couple of tough games on the schedule every year...

I watch SEC football lol. I know little about Indiana. I am sure the RPO works for well coached teams but I am done with it because of Hugh Freeze.
It's a split second decision that can go bad very quickly if defenses can lead you to throwing into coverage traps.

Nice sample size there. Most NFL teams run RPO concepts in their offense.
You should watch Indiana and other games not just the SEC...why because there is some football to watch. Indy vs Ducks. Good game to watch. Look forward to Indy vs OSU.
Heck there are some great games to watch at the lower levels.

Can anyone tell me why we’re not looking at someone from the Kirby tree, like Glenn Schumann? All Kirby’s teams do is win. They get better as the year goes on and they make adjustments. Doesn’t matter the QB, or the defensive talent leaving in droves for the NFL every year. The dude just plugs and plays, adjusts to his talent, and wins. Surely some of that has rubbed off. We could do a lot worse than grabbing a branch off that tree.

Hell might as well get Bobo, right?

I would be fine with Schumann. He's been with Kirby long enough to know the blueprint, imo. We'd have to wait until he was done with his playoff run, but, I'd rather wait, and get the right guy, than hire someone, and be looking, again, in 3-4 years.
I haven't heard him, Stein, or Hartline mentioned even once. I have heard the PSU guy, from Locked On, talk about Hartline, and Stein, as candidates, however, it was brief, almost in passing.

Schumann was my pick behind names like Kiffin. I feel a G5 coach is a crapshoot and Schumann has had plenty of time to see how to win. If he has payed attention and wants to win, we will see soon I bet. Id take him way above Durkin

I agree. He wouldn't have been around for 17 years of he wasn't paying attention.

Dude shut up
I said I wouldn't mind the RPO as a wrinkle, not the foundation to the offense. No NFL team uses it as their foundation
Small sample size? Blame Freeze
And I only watch other conferences on the days not named SEC SATURDAY.
Deal with it.

^this plus a gamer QB.
Pick the wrong QB coupled with poor coaching and RPO becomes Run for your life, Picks, and Oh crap!
