What does the offensive line look like going into spring practice?

Did the big kid from California get stronger?

Is Conner Lee an all SEC level center?

Who will start at tackle?

Are Senda and Muskrat fighting for starting positions?

Who is going to really step forward and become a dominant force?

Chaplin/wade/lew/wright/Murphy

Too tall has a shot at starting and could be a battle between Wright and Murphy at LG.

Lew is solid. He’s not all-sec at this point. Needs to get stronger and protect the A gap more in blitz.

As of now I’ve heard nothing of Senda or Muskrat. Carter is still working on his body but is behind Wade and Joiner.

Who is gonna be a dominant force is yet to be determined as far as the young folks. Important spring and fall for all the second group of players as you mentioned Senda, Wedin, Tyler Johnson, Carter, Edwin, etc

So it’s not looking significantly better?

When do they report the strength gains and weights?

Is Chaplin, the VT transfer or Murphy, the USC transfer a bigger pro prospect?

VT.

USC kid might not even start. He screams depth pickup to me.

I can't see how we wouldn't be significantly better if the chaplin kid is what everyone says he is. I can't remember the last time Auburn had this much depth, talent, and options (pre spring) gotta believe several of these guys transfer though.

We won’t know until spring gets started. Can’t hit in player led practices.

Should we be better? Yes

We definitely need to be better

I would not count Tyler Johnson out. He is athletic as hell and I think he will get major playing time this year.

Too tall, didnt he have nagging injuries last year? Had some lacking in play but maybe due to the fact that Tyler Johnson was just young and struggled a little as well. I bet both will be much improved this year. Seth Wilfred as well. And then of course Murphy. Gonna be a nice battle, plus some decent backups at tackle.

I agree Wright better come in ready to play or Murphy will take that spot. Joiner playing nice as well.

I really hope Deandre Carter takes a step forward. He was just obese last year. He started at left tackle for Mater Dei for 3 years so he obviously has some good feet. He just needs to have a Joiner transformation.

As a side note, remember the profile shot of Tai Buster with the long locks hanging down over his entire face and the gangster expression. Check out his profile pic on the Auburn site, man looks like he stepped off Wall Street.

Great thread, the O line is the absolute key to a good AU season in 2025.

Games have always been won at the line of scrimmage.

We can talk QB WR RB DB etc but the line of scrimmage is always where games are won or lost.

Any updates on height/weights/strength/speed???

The line is where the game is won.

Who are alpha dogs upfront?

Who is mean and nasty and wants to wreak havoc?

Roster was supposed to be updated with New Jersey numbers last Friday. I haven’t checked but if so the new bio information should be available as well I would think

Have we heard if Auburn is entertaining the idea of cancelling ADay?

No but Freeze threw a message out there in early February that he wanted to adopt the NFL model.

I am guessing since couple schools have canceled spring practice since then the conference has been talking about it.

247 has a article with notable weight changes. D Carter is the only one I can remember off hand. He had gained some weight instead of losing it and was up to 350+
