That’s all. Hopefully this hire, whoever it is, will give us some excitement and momentum for the offseason because we need a win of some sort.

We aren't hiring a preacher, minister or rabbi we are hiring a coach for football.
I really wonder how some of you would talk about some of the coaches that you thought were great back in the day. Some of you would be cringing about the things they did or covered up. You would be surprised...glad they didn't have social media back then...

No one is mentioning this but the timing of the announcement of a new coach tells much
If it were someone from a non-playoff team it will be announced the first couple of days after the CFP and bowl schedule come out it is a bowling teams coach
if it does not get announced then it is likely a CFP coach like Sonny Dykes, not Harbaugh, not Kirby the $30,000,000/year cheater...
He was on the lists of people AU was talking to a week or so ago:
FN list. "Here's a look at the coaches we believe are being considered/are having discussions with Auburn. In no particular order."
