Anyone notice that Kirby is trying to emulate what AU did against LSU? Only problem is it doesn't work without monsters like Brown and Davidson on the line. I'm watching Burrow with 7-8 seconds to throw. UGA in for a long night if that continues.

This dropping 8 and letting Burrow sit back there all day is a recipe for disaster.

Kirby’s style is conservative, keep them in front of you... but that’s not gonna work on this LSU offense.

Well one reason why we did it so well is because we kept mixing up the formations. Didn’t allow them to get comfortable going up against one defensive front because we mixed up our schemes.

Hope our coaches study LSU film this off season. Their offense is so much more creative and advanced

At least 10 secs. I can't remember the last time I saw a QB at any level with that much time in ther pocket

and Steve fricking Ensminger is the OC. He wasn't very good when he was AU. If he can adapt, and make an offense look like that why can't Gus?

That’s Joe Brady not Ensminger

Both. Brady went from 2 years with the Saints and Drew Brees, after 2 years as a Penn State GA, straight to LSU and basically said, mtfo Ensminger, although media says they "compliment" each other.

With that, Brady challenged Burrow to throw 10,000 passes with his WRs in the off-season, and he did that and more. Burrow put in a ton of off-season work, while also benefiting (like others are now, e.g. Fields) by taking 100% of his classes online.

The terrible field conditions also helped in our game too.

This is so fun to watch. This is almost as good as watching Auburn win.

Probably equal parts. Burrow was nothing special last year and now he’s setting the world on fire, but with that said not everything is an easy throw. Most throws are ones you expect QBs to make but he has been as accurate as anyone.
