We need to get some quicker routes going. We’ve been running a lot of seams, streaks, and posts. Arnold has been holding it too long or not just committing to scramble quick enough, but a few of the sacks they have shown from behind him, nobody was open besides the one they highlighted Simmons on. We either need him to be more aware of the checkdown or have a better option there.
Running game we need to start exerting some will here. OL interior has not been good.

That’s about as bad a quarter of football as I’ve seen the AU offense play in a long while. We’re very fortunate to be tied.

I started souring on him last week bc alot of it seemed like scheme. Dudes just didnt understand their assignment in zone coverage and we were getting beat repeatedly by the same concepts over and over. And that's on him.

Yea, its not what the score should be but for everything that was thrown at them, they held up well.
Really need to get the mental errors under control. Dont field punts on the 1 yard line and stop with the penalties.
And get the ball out faster

Hard to believe the defense we saw last week is the same one we saw in the first half. Need to keep it up.

We saw that on the last td drive. Hugh flipped the play sheet over. Just took him a little longer than it should have. More of that please coach.

Need to get some kind of run game going. Get the push on the line of scrimmage. Start ripping off some runs and that pushes the linebackers to stay home instead of a mad dash to Arnold
