Dont know what we can take from this game. Miami is way overrated, as people have noted, and LSu is good.

Well, LSU looks a thousand times better than expected - being in Louisiana not many people here really expected that much. The good news is that if we beat them it will really build our resume. It is better to know they are good now than to be surprised in two weeks. Miami is playing like they didn’t think LSU would be very good either.

Same LSU team as last year. Glad it’s at home. Think we win by 7-10.

Who scared of LSU? Miami has self destructed at every turn. Orgeron ain't coming in to JHS and doing jack.

I think we need to say a little prayer for all the aubies living in Louisiana. Next two weeks will be obnoxious, but after that, good.

We will win, but I think it’s going to be a nasty and brutish defensive game like the old Saban vs Tubby games. I’m thinking we win with a 23-17 type game.

LSU (while on offense) won’t push Auburn around like they have Miami, but Auburn will need to find a running game to win the game. Can’t put Jarrett Stidham in definite pass situations all game.

Ha! Thanks. I will take obnoxious LSU fans any day over obnoxious Bama fans. :)

We are going to have a long day if we can't find a running game. Regardless of Stidham it is Gus' bread and butter. Interior linemen's eyes are probably wide open with this game on right now.

I think we'll find it. We had a freaking 1000yd rusher between 2011 and 2013 seasons.

Gotta think the players and coaches have LSU circled because of last year. Hope we come out with our hair on fire

Just some stats from the game. This isn’t the beating it looks like.

Burrows is 10/23 for 133 yards passing, 0 TD/ INT

LSU’s Brosette has been very good. 14 carries for 100 yards and 2 TD. Other backs have totaled 33 yards and that’s it.

LSU has been 3-13 on 3rd downs. Those interceptions have really tilted this game

Miami has 226 yards passing and 110 on the ground.

Yeah, you're right, the stats tell a much different story. LSU's secondary is vulnerable. As others have stated, we'll need a real running game to be established but we can absolutely score on LSU.

Our OL is going to be seriously tested. Better shore em up soon.

The biggest takeaway so far for me is that LSU did a lot of damage up the middle and they just aren’t likely to do that against Brown and Russell. They’re going to have to beat us with the outside run game or passing.

Miami’s fronts are total garbage. Their OL coach should be fired after the game.
