We again as a team look flat. Our team is soft. Better come out with some intensity and physicality in the 2nd half or we might drop a very winnable game

This team desperately needs a win. Zero confidence.

I am more upset we choked that OU game than anything that's happened on the field today. They fricking suck and we choked that game hard.

24-10 in the 4th quarter

We had the ball on their 33 yard line on that third down. Our kicker has a career long of 32 yards and has missed roughly half of his FGs.

Sure but his range is 50+. We were in FG range.

Jarquez is averaging 3.6 ypc. The offense centers around the RPO and getting favorable looks to run into. He's having to water the offense down bc he doesn't want PT to lose the game. Idk if we can move the ball without it.

Does this mean we're gonna suck again next year? Depends on who we got under center.

Offense is having to run a different scheme and under a different philosophy than the one that was practiced all offseason and up until the bye week. I'm not shocked at all that it doesn't look polished.

Defense has looked fine.

Yes in practice. When he shows he can actually make a long kick in a game, then we can consider it as a viable option in a tight game.

Yep. Hell, it was 24-16 with under 4:30 to go in the game. I believe the pick 6 happened right around 4 mins to go.

This team just doesn't know how to win.

That’s deceiving because Mizzou QB is out and they’ve looked about as inept on O as us. Lots of stupid plays and mistakes.

This doesn’t make sense. So you don’t want him to try a 50 yarder unless he shows that he can kick a 50 yarder?

Paradox.

Not in a tight game when a miss gives the other team the ball in good field position with the half winding down.

I'm aware. They've bent but they haven't broken regardless.

It's really concerning. Losing this type of game (if the 2nd half stays like the 1st was) could cause it all to come falling down and the team quit a la 2012. Then that will almost certainly have repercussions for the '25 class. And that's what everyone has been afraid of. Can't have that.

Doubtful. Clean but violent IMO.
