They brought us Chizik and a title. I'm sure they think it was worth the 3-9 and dropping every SEC game in 2012 was worth it.

Once the PTB gets the guy right. Yes. The problems go away.

Our last three coaches were from Iowa State (with a terrible record), Arkansas State, and Boise State. Chizik lucked into cam, Gus came out swinging but quickly reverted into an average SEC coach, and Harsin is probably on the way out.

The difference between basketball and football is we aren’t hiring Guys like Bruce. Bruce was a legit top 10 basketball coach in the nation and was fired over a BBQ. He had the clout to come in and say he knew how to run a P5 program, he had done it before. We need to swing big on our next coach or we will never find consistency because we just take gambles on unproven people

Looks like Harsin's dad called into Finebaum to defend his son.

Not again, it was yesterday but Finebaum brought it up today and all but confirmed it was him

“Maybe he shouldn’t go after 5* players, maybe he should go after players who want to be on a team”

I wish that reporter had asked Harsin how his OC search is going.

I agree. This is basically what I’ve been saying.

PTB probably got involved with Gus when we lost to Bama 44-55 after gaining maybe 500 yards on offense

Also got involved when he lost his offensive mind which was the whole reason we hired him from the start. For the most part I don’t think they want to meddle which is where they should be..

NCAA appearances (much less trophies) don’t grow on trees. I’m shocked we played for 2 in four years

Then they should pay the man his money, admit they were wrong about Greene, and let Gen Burgess hire a caretaker staff while President Roberts looks for a new AD.

Hire the most competent, qualified AD out there and pay him to run the Athletic Dept. Give him whatever he needs to be competitive in football while supporting the other sports.

Then sit back and let him do his fricking job.

I support. I just can’t echo my thoughts to them.

The AD and HC are important.

Would you rather have snap on tools or Harbor Freight? Peace of mind is worth paying for.

Lots of things bother me about what is going down, but that is par for the course.

I say frick it and embrace the black hat in that regard.

Right on cue Auburn baseball is predicted last in the west. Maybe Jamal will forget about baseball season so we don’t have to pin that bastard.
