So, most likely Harsin isn't going to bring his entire staff from Boise. So who would you want to see him bring in to be OC and DC?

Steele stays as DC.

Keep Caddy.

He will need coaches who can recruit the south.

fwiw Harsin's previous OC at Boise before this season is Zak Hill who was OC at Arizona State this year

I know nothing about him but if looking at people who have connections to Harsin who are not currently on his staff there's him, Kellen, and Andy Avalos, the last two have been linked to the BSU opening

Hill is a very strong possibility.

I've seen Dell McGee's name get brought up a few times. I imagine Avalos will be the choice for Boise if Moore doesn't want to recruit/likes that NFL money.

Defense, I doubt Steele remains tbh.

I think he keeps some people just for the recruiting pipeline - UNLESS he hires folks with ties down here already

If he wants to keep folks, that's fine with me as long as it's his call.

No offense to Kodi - but he needs to move on.

Ain't happening because one of two things are true:

1) The rumors are true and therefore Steele needs to go for what he did.

2) The rumors aren't true and Steele was treated unfairly by the social media mob. He will feel slighted and will WANT to get out and I don't blame him a bit.

Either way he gone. I will be surprised if Steele would want to stay even if asked.

I’m not anti-Steele as I think the rumors were bullshite.

But I kinda want to move on from Steele. He’s not a recruiter at all (which Harsin needs). And I think the reason he was so good early on was Muschamp’s recruiting.

If we’re keeping somebody I think T Will is the best one. But by all means don’t make Harsin keep somebody. Let him pick

This. No matter who we end up with, this needs to be CBH's show.

I don't buy all the shite that was spewed by the press.

I read a post that said Auburn interviewed three people.

Clark was not given a sniff. It was reported he was offered the job.

Napier was interviewed but not offered.

Freeze and Kiffin were never in the mix.

Hell, Harsin's name wasn't even mentioned until he was hired............and not one of our media was the first to report it.

I can see him bringing his current OC or the past one with him for continuity. Anyone else will be learning his offensive philosopy and scheme.

He may keep some of our offensive guys bc of recruiting. Can't see him keeping Bicknell, since he has a strong idea of how he wants the OL to look.

On D. Who knows if he keeps Steele. Depends on if any of the crap about Steele is true.

I can see keeping TWill, or Garner, or McGriff bc of their recruiting ability in the south.

It will be interesting to see if he GOT full control or if he is having to keep some of the main guys.

If Steele is gone, more than likely the rest of his staff will be also.

I honestly kinda think that Al Pogue has a better chance of remaining over any of them. Don't know why, just a weird gut feeling.

I dont believe anything that was reported. If Steele interviews and BH wants him, then I am fine with retaining him. Every report I have ever seen says Steele is a great person and someone everyone likes working with. We know his product.

I don’t give a shite who he has on his staff. I just want them all to be HIS choice. Let him do it with the folks that helped him accumulate his impressive resume.

I'd like see a bunch of non-Auburn coordinators TBH. Pretty tired of 'bringing people home'.

Yeah I’d like Hill at OC, I think Tank would thrive.
