If it is going to be called as these guys are describing, it will make it impossible to defend players driving to the basket.
Lots of 4s and 5s are gonna foul out.
This new rule sucks arse, and if crews call games like these idiots all year long it will make the game unwatchable. No flow to the game, constant play stoppage for fouls.
