Moore is a good disrupter on D but he doesnt need to handle the ball or shoot at all

The refusal to replace him with a competent player at the 3 the past two off-seasons has been baffling to me. Bruce is too loyal to guys at times.

And you can't have a starter at small forward that you say this about, it'd be one thing if he was a center, but you have to be able to shoot at SF.
