Something that has been a welcome sight compared to the last two years is getting good shots and hitting them at the end of the first half multiple times. Holloway seems to have that already where Wendell didnt

Yeah someone mentioned that. Unlike years past we’ve figured out how to A. Close halves, and B. come out firing in the second to set the tone and put it away.

Team chemistry seems much better this year. Looks like a nice mix of experience and sharp shooters compared to last year.
I may be wrong, but I think this team is the best, top to bottom, that has ever been at AU.
They look like they all understand their roles, play their asses off when they get their minutes, then are happy when their teammates do the same and the team has success.
This team is coming together really well and will be a threat to win the SEC outright, and is legit Final 4 good.
We are very under rated.

I'm not super torn about it honestly. AP voters vote based on resume mainly and the teams just ahead of us generally have slightly better resumes than we do. Duke is the only team I'd for sure say our resume is obviously better than.
I think we all know on a neutral court we'd be favored against the majority of teams in the top 25 but that's not really how they do this in the polls.
