Yeah, when Cooper tries to hero ball it with red-hot Thor wide open, you know he needs to come back. That said, it's mind boggling that Cooper didn't shoot any free throws during this game.

He doesn't look NBA ready to me.
And Kentucky just simply played ball over the top his head... he'd have to figure that part out first.

We have to recognize when a guy is hot and Thor was hot. Cooper and Flanigan force things again.

Not sure why the guy who is 5/6 from three this game doesn't get that shot.

We’ve got Talent, but we just play poor defense.
Hopefully with experience the defense will improve.
Cooper is not NBA ready. He’s talented, but I think another year of college basketball could really help him.
Moore needs more minutes. As does Franklin.

I'm thinking so as well. I get he is an elite passer, but you've got to be able to score well enough in the NBA and he's just not there yet. Still excited about what this team can be with another year together, plus adding some elite talent. This team kinda reminds me of the team before we won Bruce's first SEC championship. Flashes of potential but also a lot of ugly. Hopefully we see a similar trajectory.

Free throws 10 AU 25 UK. Especially all the contact at the rim shouldn’t have been that lopsided. But we had a chance and like everyone said we go hero ball. The book is out on Cooper sag and just contest his shot with the second defender.

I'm with you on Moore. He's undersized for a F but he plays hard and can shoot. I'm still not sold on Franklin, he seems lost too much and lacks confidence.

Yep, almost all his shots are blocked from a big coming over. I'd love to see us go more 5 wide to get him shots around the rim. That points the on ball defender in a bind and Cooper is excellent at finishing and drawing fouls in those situations.

Na I saw it. I think the Thor has a very high ceiling but KD is probably one of the best scorers in history. I would love for him to get there though.
