We seem to have a lot of basketball 'athletes' at this point and not a lot of 'disciplined basketball players'. Hopefully they just show improvement enough before SEC play.

It is still early and our teams have gotten a lot better throughout the season the last several seasons. We looked just as ugly last year during our undefeated run but our veteran leadership knew how to win and would eventually close it out. This team is inexperienced and still learning how to win, so we can only expect some growing pains.. the best is yet to come.

This team needs a real PG. I think you'd see a world of difference if/when Sharife plays.

Powell is a player.

Turbo should come off the bench as a change of pace guard.

Flanigan, Williams and Cambridge need to be the go to guys for scoring.

Thor is the best pick & roll/pop option.

Stretch has improved LOTS.

They'll be ok in a few weeks. Lots of talent, just gotta get on the same page. LEGIT 11-12 deep if/when Sharife comes.

USA @ AU tonight at 8 on the SEC Network. Should be a chance to grow a little against a less talented team but I don't think we're going to have any easy games for a while

It will be good for them to face a less talented team at home but until we start shooting well, every game is going to be interesting.

That was good movement on that possession even though we didn't score.

Better ball movement and seem to actually be executing a plan against this zone as opposed to the iso stuff we’ve been seeing

We are massive compared to them. I liked the possession Jaylin got fouled on. Need more of that in the offensive set less just swinging back an forth

Bad communication on defense there led to a wide open 3.

Thor has a nice stroke. He’s a matchup nightmare if he gets comfortable behind the line.

We're like 7-10 from three right now. Looks like might just like shooting in our own arena... ?

Passing and taking care of the basketball makes all the difference in the world.
