It got him blackballed from D1 coaching for a decade. There are still coaches from certain coaching trees who won’t look him in the eye.
He’s apologized to everyone involved multiple times and grew up from it, but it was definitely a bad look at the time.

On our 10 game winning streak, we have only won the rebounding battle 2 times. Who needs rebounds?
Seriously, there is something to be said for getting the *key* rebounds, which we have done on this win streak (other than the end of NMSU). Every time we have REALLY needed a stop or a second shot in key moments, we have gotten it.
