Yeah. So I'm in Colorado watching Duke because Auburn isn't on. Checked score. Holy shite.

I know I’m just complaining with this start, but can we please close out a half?

My wife got me tickets for Valentine’s Day instead of garbage candy and a card. Must be me because it’s my first game this year.

No at Colorado Springs just at the big hotel downtown. Boring. But nice. Calm. Quiet. Can't do this at home.

Love they still have Christmas lights on the street. Wonder if it's for a movie

We shot better from 3 line than free throw line.

17 of 33 versus 10 of 20.

Hard to survive and advance with poor foul shooting.

We are amazing when we are hot, but shooting in big arenas can sort of go away.

Fwiw I thought UNC and Duke would nail 3s left and right.

UNC went 2-20 and Duke 8-39.

Auburn 17-39.

Which is why this sort of basketball has some major limits. We still need a strong inside presence that we can go to when the 3's dont fall.

Sometimes I'd rather have Robb Chubb out there again

How many teams in the SEC actually have a low post presence they can go to reliably for buckets?

Kentucky and Tennessee?

I realize those are probably the best two teams which kinda hurts my main point, but I'm just saying it's not like these guys are just all over the recruiting trail.

And it's not like the future of Auburn basketball should be targeting these sorts of players because they are simply rare. A more realistic plan is to recruit guards who can drive to the basket and get fouled/finish at the rim because not one of ours can.

Dont know and it doesnt matter. When a team relies on 3's for a huge portion of its points and they have no inside game what so ever to fall back on , it is going to bite them in the arse. Its basketball 101. When your hot, your hard to beat. When you cant hit anything, like happened to us a few games against lesser teams, you lose.
